Keanu Reeves is an accomplished Canadian actor and singer. He is most recognized for his role in the film “The Matrix,” in which he delivered an extraordinary performance that captured the hearts of millions across the world. Prior to it, he had acted in a number of critically praised films, including comedies and action thrillers. This multi-talented actor is well-known for his singing as well as his acting. In addition to his acting career, he has appeared in various theatre performances.
Apart from his professional prowess, he has won the hearts of many people for being the real human that he is, and he has founded a number of charities across the world to help those in need. Despite these unselfish deeds, Keanu’s personal life has been less successful than his professional life. Despite the fact that he was formerly a passionate lover, many challenges in his life have emerged, and we thought it would be interesting to share one of his interviews with The Jakarta Post in which he claims to be lonely. He admits in this interview that he doesn’t have someone to talk to.
Here is what happened at the interview:
Obviously, The Matrix means a lot to you. How much like Neo are you?
He’s a better man than me but I try to live up to his values.
Which of his qualities do you particularly admire?
He was a lovely dude to play with. I felt his devotion to Trinity was admirable. That struck a chord with me. I also enjoyed his quest for answers. He’s a strong, optimistic, moral, and ethical individual who is trying his best.
What does love mean to you?
Do you mean a romantic partner’s love? You are aware that I am the lone one. There are no important others in my life. But if it does happen, I will treat the other person with love and respect; all I can hope for is that it will also happen to me.
You describe yourself as a lonely guy. Are you content with that?
It doesn’t really worry me all that much. Since I work as an actor, I am unable to respond to your question.
You currently call West Hollywood home. Are you allowed to maintain your privacy there? Are you able to go about without being seen?
My days are frequently uneventful. Of course, there are also door-to-door tourist vans. They’ll be visible when I go outside in the morning to get my newspaper.
There are moments when you feel imprisoned, almost as if you were an animal. Yet nobody cares in Los Angeles.
While I don’t go out often and don’t do much, photographers are interested in you. I’m shockingly uninteresting.
